Patient Profile - Preventative Care

The Preventative Care panel provides a quick, consolidated view of a patient’s most recent preventative care data and screening activities. It is displayed on the right-hand side of the Patient Profile and helps quickly assess patient health status.


Next Appointment

  • Displays the upcoming appointment date and time.

  • Clicking the appointment opens the Schedule with this appointment selected.

  • If no upcoming appointment exists, the panel indicates that no appointment is scheduled.


General Health

Displays the latest results, associated dates, and trends for:

  • LDL

  • A1C

  • TSH

  • Hemoglobin

  • Ferritin

  • GFR

  • Urine ACR

  • Blood Pressure


Screening

Displays screening results, dates, and comments for:

  • FIT

  • Colonoscopy

  • Mammogram (Female)

  • PAP (Female)

  • PSA (Male)


How to Add Entries:

For clinics with automated results delivery (e.g. Excelleris), the results get populated automatically. However, you can also add data manually into the fields. Check the steps below for how to add and edit the entries.

  1. Click the necessary field to enter the value. Today's date is assigned by default.

  2. Hover over any section in the panel to view previous entries and trends.

  3. To enter values retrospectively:

    - Click the date field and use the calendar picker to select the necessary date
    - Enter the value into the data field
    - Changes save automatically

  4. ​To edit a previously saved entry:

    - Click the date picker to find the necessary date (if there is an entry for this date, you will see a green dot indicator in the calendar)
    - Select this date
    - Edit the value in the data field
    - Changes save automatically

Collapse the Panel

To collapse the right-side panel, use the green > button:
