OR Waitlist: Overdue Column

Added a new "Overdue" column to the OR Waitlist that automatically calculates how far a patient's wait time has exceeded their target goal. Overdue items display their overdue duration in red; items not yet overdue show blank. The column can be toggled on or off from the Waitlist admin panel (enabled by default).

Forms Engine: Additional Fields

Added several new fields available for use in forms: Work Phone, Age, Height, Weight, Provider First/Last Name, and expanded family/referring physician fields that now include the provider's MSP number.

Schedule: Default 5-Minute View Interval

Schedule week view now defaults to a 5-minute time interval for all users, so appointment details display more clearly.

Edit My Clinics: Full User List Display

The user list in Edit My Clinics no longer requires scrolling inside a small, fixed box — all users are visible up front, with the list expanding to fit (up to half the screen height).

Appointment Settings: Ability to Unassign a Billing Physician

Added a blank "Unassigned" option to the Assigned To dropdown on appointment types that have a fee code attached, so clinics can clear a previously assigned user themselves.

Add Patient Window: Work Phone Field

Added a Work Phone field directly to the Add Patient window and to the Add Patient section of the eFax Inbox, so it no longer needs to be added separately after the chart is created.

Schedule: Inline Room Name Display

When a room is entered on an appointment, the room name now displays directly on the appointment block in the All Users Day view and Week View — helpful for multi-doctor clinics tracking which room a patient is in.

Results: Design Improvements

Several design refinements to the Results page: abnormal values now display in a distinct color, comment text no longer wraps unnecessarily (reducing excess white space), lab categorization now matches the intended layout, previously hidden lab comments are cleaned up, and previously missing values (e.g., RBC) now display correctly in the results table.

Patient Portal: Book Multiple Appointments

For clinics with multi-appointment booking enabled, patients can now book an additional appointment directly from their Patient Portal account, even if they already have an upcoming appointment — not just from the general online booking page.

Schedule: Missing End Time Slot

Fixed an issue where, if a user had an "Unavailable" placeholder set on their schedule, the End Time dropdown for a new appointment was missing the very last available time slot right before that placeholder.

Schedule: Note Icon Reliability

Fixed an intermittent issue in Single User Day View where the Note icon didn't reliably turn blue after a note was created for a patient's visit.

Schedule: Resources Not Rearranging

Fixed an issue where dragging and reordering items in the Schedule's left-side panel updated the list of users but didn't update the order of schedule resources shown on the calendar itself.

Schedule: End Time Field Issues

Restored End Time field behavior to properly follow each user's default scheduling interval, and fixed an issue where selecting a time that didn't match that interval would cause the field to appear blank after the page was refreshed.

Results: Lab Result Assignment

Fixed an issue where ECG/EKG results were not automatically assigning to the correct patient chart when the incoming result was missing a version code on the health number.

Results: Incorrect Patient Assignment

Fixed an issue where an already-reviewed and signed-off lab result could become unsigned and reassigned to a different patient's chart after being updated.

Pediatric History: Growth Charts

Fixed an issue where entering information in the Well Baby Records Infant Demographics section would automatically and unexpectedly switch the view to the Growth Charts tab.

Global Referrals: Appointment Creation Error

Fixed an issue where selecting a start time while creating an appointment from Global Referrals triggered an unhandled error and prevented the time slot from being selected.

Billing: Time Saving Reliability

Fixed an intermittent issue where entered start and end times in Billing weren't being retained.

eFax/Referrals: Labels and Comments

Fixed an issue where, for eFax documents categorized as referrals, users couldn't add labels (a "Forbidden" error appeared) and comments failed to save both from the eFax view and from the patient's Referrals tab.

Demographics: Phone Number Search

Fixed an issue where editing a patient's phone number made that number searchable only without dashes, which could prevent the correct chart from appearing when searching with dashes included.

Profile Panel: Save Medications via Enter

Restored the ability to save a medication in the redesigned profile panel by pressing Enter, rather than requiring a click on Save.

Notes: Search Coverage

Fixed an issue where Notes search wasn't returning matches for notes migrated from a legacy system, even though search worked correctly for notes created natively in Arya.
