Patient search fields now display up to five recently accessed patient charts for the user, helping speed up workflows like booking follow-ups or finding patients from recent work.

The Tasks module now supports folders for organizing task buckets, making it easier for larger clinics to manage and navigate multiple task buckets. Existing task functionality remains unchanged.

A new per-user online booking setting allows clinics to restrict booking so only patients assigned to a specific provider can book with that provider. This gives clinics more control of who patients can book with through online booking.

Patient-facing emails now display the clinic name and logo. If no clinic logo is available, the email header displays the clinic name only. This change will be applied to all appointment types.

Users can now hover over placeholders in week view and all-user day view to see the placeholder description without opening the placeholder.

Portal account sign-up emails now include the portal setup article and a visible text URL, making it easier for patients to access the patient portal if they have trouble signing up or viewing the sign-up button.

The eFax Inbox split function has been updated to include the Assigned To field, allowing newly split documents to be assigned to different users.

AI Assist has been updated to improve information capture from referral documents and reduce incorrect medication or profile details from being added.

Available online booking times now display chronologically, including cases where a day has availability across multiple placeholders.

Improved day sheet printing reliability for larger clinics and resolved an issue where printing day sheets with a high number of appointments could result in an error.

When a global contact is updated in the Address Book, the MSP number will now be retained, allowing the contact to be added to the Referring Provider and Family Provider fields.
