Arya Health's Customer Support Code of Conduct policy

Arya’s support team is committed to providing a respectful and positive environment for all customers. The Arya Team expects all customers to adhere to the following Code of Conduct when engaging with Arya representatives:

Respect

  • Treat all employees of Arya with respect and courtesy

  • Respect the scope and boundaries set in place by the Arya team

  • Be respectful about response and resolution times.

Professional Communication

  • When engaging with Arya representatives offensive and/or abusive language will not be tolerated

  • All communication with the Arya team must be done in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Any disagreements or dissatisfaction must be expressed calmly and respectfully

Harassment

  • Any form of verbal harassment, threats, demands, or intimidation will not be tolerated

  • Excessive messaging and verbal harassment via Intercom or email will not be tolerated

  • Back-to-back messages, misuse of excessive exclamation and/or question marks, or messages that are in all capitals to convey yelling will not be tolerated

  • Demanding messages for the Arya support team to do tasks for your clinic will not be accepted nor tolerated

Discrimination

  • We have a zero-tolerance policy for any discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation, or any other characteristics

  • All Arya representatives must be treated fairly and without prejudice

Honesty and Integrity

  • Engage with Arya representatives honestly and with integrity.

  • Provide accurate and honest information when conversing with Arya representatives

  • Represent yourself truthfully in all interactions through Intercom and/or email

Accountability for Actions

  • Take responsibility for your actions and understand that any discrimination, harassment, and/or inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour may result in consequences, including termination of support services.

Compliance with Arya’s Code of Conduct

  • Maintain behaviour that aligns with Arya’s Code of Conduct policy

  • Maintain respectful communication to ensure a positive environment

⚠️ NOTE: Intercom access will be revoked for those that do not abide by the above Code of Conduct Policy.
