Updated over a week ago

What's New and Improved?

Patient Search

  • Searching for a patient, but only know their phone number or email address?

    That's not a problem anymore!

    • Home and Cell phones can now be searched using the patient search page, start typing in the phone number and patient matches will appear

πŸ“– Note: Phone number search must include the area code, and must be an exact match to what is in the chart!

    • Email addresses can now be searched using the patient search page too, start typing in their email and patient matches will appear

Profile Page Face-lift

The first page you see when opening a patient chart will have a few changes, take a look!

Patient Demographics

  1. Goodbye to the clunky boxed fields, and hello to sleek lines! To reduce wasted space, and increase aesthetics, demographics fields have new and improved formatting!

  2. Home phone and Cell phone fields are now formatted to be 10 digits, and we have added a checkmark to indicate the patient's primary contact number

πŸ“– Note: Patients with additional text already added will remain there.

πŸ“– Note: Newly created charts will not support additional characters

  3. Phone Numbers marked as primary will appear with Primary in the info icon tooltip

  4. Emergency contact will no longer be available for new patient charts.

πŸ“– Note: Patients with emergency contacts already added will remain there.

Patient Medical History

  • When making an edit to an existing Medical History Listing, the ICD Code Dropdown will only appear once you click into the ICD field.

Patient Social & Family History

  • Data fields will appear with lines; bye bye clunky boxes!

Patient Allergies

  1. New No Known Drug Allergy "NKDA" button. By clicking this button, your notes, referrals, and prescription tab will display "NKDA" in 1 click!

    1. If a patient has existing allergies, clicking NDKA will hide those previous allergies. If you clicked by mistake, unchecking the bubble will bring the allergies back!

  2. By default, patients with no allergy history added will appear with "None Reported." This change was made to remove the assumption that no allergy noted = patient has no allergies.
