Billing

Users might be getting the pop-up window in Arya asking them to log into Dr. Bill again or an error when trying to submit the bills.

Please make sure your Dr. Bill account is unlocked: sign in directly into Dr. Bill and complete any verification steps required.

After that, please re-connect your Arya account with Dr. Bill by entering your credentials.

Important: if you had a facility number / rural location saved in your account, please make sure to re-enter them when you re-connect to Dr. Bill through Arya.

Referrals

Users might experience some issues with using the Notify option in Referrals and selecting the correct contact.

Our team is working on improving this feature.

Schedule

Not consistently, multiple time slots are appearing on the Single User Day View.
